About us

In Lubumbashi, mental health - a pillar of public health - is neglected and little known in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and particularly in this city.

Faced with a lack of local mental health services and cultural barriers, the Help Me association (launched in Lubumbashi in 2020) provides tailored support for people in psychological distress suffering from mental disorders.

This initiative aims to improve mental health in the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as the quality of life and general well-being of the local population, by providing access to appropriate mental health care.
